I have not given up just yet. I appreciate you fast response and diligence. My lupus has been getting the best of me the last couple of days, so I have not been able to get to desk. I will try what elnems30 stated worked for him/her. There are trivial things that might make a difference like creating the name.ddns.net within the no-ip on my computer and not having it already set up. Does not seem like this should make a difference, but you never know.
I have you questions above and when I retry this in the next couple of days, I will pay close attention to those details.

finally it’s work OMG. the problem was i didn’t change server.address: : new port of pia
i just change it here only contact.external-address: my.ddns.net:51784.
