Bug in new Vetted Date

I’ve added a feature that considers the new vetting status as reported by the satellite. This will help show whether your node is considered vetted by the satellite independent of the number of reported successful audits. This prevents the earnings calculator from just assuming your node has been successfully vetted after 100 successful audits.
