Can new user setup node after signup?

I would like to know that after I signup, can I setup node or Is there any limitation like new user can not setup node?

There is no restriction on setting up a node, just follow the Node Setup Guide. If you signed up for a Storj DCS account that was for using Storj as a customer to upload your own files, this is unrelated to setting up a node.
