Hm, are you have a swap enabled?
Where is it stored? By default it would be a small file on the SD card (much less than a recommended 2x installed RAM though, so kind of useless).
Thank you for the hint. Rasberry OS on a fresh installation, will allocate some amount of swap space on the SD card by default.
Could remove the swap on a running system thanks to:
