When we are removing data from storj are they permanently removed from network? What i understand storage is based on blockchain and what i know there is no option to remove something what was already added to blockchain or im misunderstood something?

When you remove something it gets removed. Storj is not based on blockchain it just uses it’s storj token as means of payment to the node operators. The data itself is split into multiple parts and distributed to many storj nodes which are normal computers/servers with hard drives.
Blockchain is terrible for data storage.
