how can I delet an unused project in Storj?

Welcome to the forum!

I would recommend just remove buckets from it and access grants then rename it to repurpose or use later.
When there is no objects - you will not be billed for empty project.
To delete buckets even if you lost your encryption keys:

  1. Create an access grant
  2. Setup an uplink with that access grant

To list buckets:

uplink ls

To remove buckets where you lost an encryption phrase:

uplink rb --force sj://my-bucket

Hi, I still would like to remove a (default?) project called " My First Project". I am not a developer, I am busy installing a STORJ Node and after that I will run this 24/7 with 2TB diskspace available for STORJ.

I don’t want to see any projects in my dashboard.
Can you please delete it for me?

You don’t need an account to run a node. Do you mean that you want to delete the entire Storj DCS account? Or just the project inside the account?

Either way, I think you should contact support at https://supportdcs.storj.io/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000379291

These requests aren’t really handled through the forums.
