I’m selling my house and don’t have access to a public IP (CGNAT) and so I can’t port-forward like normal. I think I’ll have to start a Graceful Exit, but I need to know if :29587 needs to be open inbound in order to sign out of the Storj network… Thanks! ---

Yes, access to the node through the port is required. You could use a VPN/VPS solution but you’d have to weigh the time/cost vs how much money is in your escrow. ---

I tried multiple VPN’s with port forwarding and validated the port was open, but Storj still says offline (Proton VPN and [Portmap.io](http://Portmap.io)) What is the secret to making this work? ---

In case of [portmap.io](http://portmap.io) you can use their provided hostname instead of IP.
