I would like to know why from time to time my node stays in an offline mode since this message appears in the powershell console
Error: bandwidthdb error: disk I / O error: The device is not ready.

My node starts in windows 10.
HD is connected by USB 3.0.

This shows your HDD might be getting disconnected intermittently. Try using another USB port.
Can you tell me the model of that HDD ?
So your node starts in offline node perhaps as it cant read the HD. All the important peaces to start your node is on your external USB drive.
