If the rsync command is finished before you started the node with a new location, it should be fine.
If it is happened during rsync, then I would suggest to stop the node and run rsync but without --delete, otherwise it may delete fresh uploaded pieces, then manually delete *.wal files from the databases location.
After that start the node and check logs, if there is no errors - then perhaps it’s fine.
