Foreign contractors do NOT have to file any 1099 US tax form nor will they owe any US taxes. Foreign contractors that earned more than $600 only need to file a Form W-8BEN which is informative only.
Please abstain from suggesting that SNOs or Storj Labs should try to circumvent tax laws.
