Yeah, this is probably happening on all satellites that have started making outgoing QUIC connections. I have a fix pending, but it could be a week or two before it makes it to prod.
In the meantime, if you feel that this is affecting your suspension score nontrivially (it sounds like it’s not in most cases), you can mitigate this by disallowing QUIC connections to your node temporarily.
