This is not how it work for TrueNAS Scale. It has k3s (lightweight kubernetes) under the hood. And it’s not easy to pass sysctl parameters to the pod.

No more buffer related messages in log. So I guess it works.

Meanwhile I applied the bufferbloat limiters to my pfSense box. Although the test without limiters didn’t look bad, internet browsing and gaming feels significantly smoother now.
