But customers make use of the TTL function?
Hard to imagine that customers don’t want to change the TTL for files from time to time and prefer having to re-upload a file to give it a new TTL.
I would always prefer to be able to change it once uploaded over re-uploading.

No, I am not a customer. I am just speculating that if I was a customer, I would like to see a way to change a TTL after the file has been uploaded.
