Please note that there was no 10x increase of per TB storage and egress fees. increase from $4/TB to $7/TB is not a 10x. The mayority of enterprise customers are already paying above the $50 minimum fee threshold, so the fact that the minimum fee was raised by 10x has no effect on them at all. Those that have stored much less data so that they only were paying a $5 minimum fee are not our target customers and are free to opt out of the new pricing.
Regarding compensation for OG SNOs, this is already provided by waving the minimum fee for those that pay with the STORJ tokens they earned for storing their data on the Storj Network.
As others already mentioned, we already have more than enough node operators and more joining every day, so there is no need to provide extra bonus incentives. Those SNOs that are unhappy with their payouts are free to stop participating.
