Info when I (have to) upgrade my node to a new Version

does anybody know how I find out when to upgrade my storage node?
I mean I look sometimes on GitHub.
is there any site, maillinglist with info when you switch to a new version?
don’t want to be late. OR like some announcement page?

Usually here, on forum you can see a new changelog.

I have received emails with the update notification but not sure it comes with every release.

Please note that we have increased the check interval from 5 minutes to 6 hours. We don’t want all nodes to update at the same time. This would have some bad side effects. Instead we want a slow and stable upgrade process.
