I have the same problem here. And I use iSCSI.

You need to uninstall the storagenode and remove the "C:\Program Files\Storj" folder, then install back. Do not forget to use the correct paths to your identity and data. The address should be in form external.address.tld:28967, where external.address.tld either your DNS hostname, or DDNS hostname or public static IP.
