This suggests that there was a bloom filter starting or resuming yesterday on the 16th. But it only processed the aa folder. No other subfolders are showing.

Was your node restarted while processing the bloom filter? On my nodes, I sometimes encounter the situation with the bloom filter being deleted when the nodes restart.
