# Last contact 5-10 minutes

I only get contact every 5-10 min, is this normal? earlier i got 1-2 sec since last contact.

```

If last contact does update but very infrequently it’s usually because your identity isn’t signed.

Try

```auto
docker exec storagenode ls /app/identity

```

You should see 6 files, ca.cert should have a size over 1000 and identity.cert should have a size over 1500. If that’s not the case sign your identity or find the signed version of your identity and make sure you used that.

my last contact appears to be over an hour ago. logs looked normal up until then. node doesn’t say offline just a large time has passed since last contact.

Your node is offline.  
If you are on Windows, try to restart the Docker from the Docker desktop application.

I also facing similar thing in windows GUI.  
It just happen recently.  
I’ve been restarting the windows, but it still exist as the image below:

Please, check your firewall and antivirus, they should not block the traffic to/from the storagenode.

I’m seeing exactly the same issue since yesterday morning (UTC) on one node (the one that is filled up). Only seeing deletions and audits (100% passed - 346 yesterday), but egress gone to almost zero (10Mbs yesterday).

I know it depends of customer activity, but are those numbers correct?

Logs look fine: audits, a bit or repair ingress, bandwidth rollouts and orders reporting.

If it is online, not suspended and not disqualified and especially if you see a successful audits - then all working fine.
