trying second day and no any progress. restarting always. no any progress in exit percentages.

It will not progress. It will be 0% for the 30 days online, then either 100% or disqualified (if your node managed to be barely online and has had an online score lower than 80%).

maybe all my issues with this node is in btrfs filesystem on one hdd used by this node

Likely yes, if you do not have a lot of RAM and/or SSD cache.
