I looked upon the Storj folder on the C:\ drive but there was no such version of 0.29.3
should i just reinstall the windows and reinstall the storagenode software on the new windows?
Can you show screenshot of your dashboard?
now, i am back online. Thanks to the Eset Premium Security Antivirus, I wasn’t able to be online because my trial period has expired. So I uninstalled it to check if I will be able to be online. Hopefully I am back online. That antivirus was also affecting my PC’s performance. This is proof that I am back online
Glad to see you are back online @Mason36. Unfortunately there is bad news in your screenshot. Looks like your node has been disqualified on two satellites. This is usually due to missing data. Did you end up reinstalling the node? If so, did you keep the old data?
Actually, I already talked to Alexey Leonov about this case. He told me that my audits failed to score the minimum requirements of 0.6. That’s why I have done nothing at all. Actually I migrated my data from Ubuntu Server LTS to Windows GUI installer. The thing is that I gave the wrong path while installing the installer. Then according to the suggestion of Alexay, I corrected my path with the instructed commands, ran some commands, and after a few days there is this message.Alexey told me that there was nothing I could do to make the node work for that particular satellites.
Hi Alexey
I am getting an error - cannot open storage node service on computer.
- Please, give me last 20 lines from your logs: How do I check my logs? - Storj Docs
- If the service is running, but the dashboard is not opening on the PC with storagenode - please, add an exception to your firewall for the port TCP 14002.
