New auth token after node failed

Hello everyone,

A few weeks ago the drive I used for my node failed and so all the files were lost. This got my node disqualified on all the satellites of course. I eventually got a new (bigger) drive and wanted to get my node back online again. I went to the website and requested a new auth token, but after two weeks I have still not received any mails. How long is the queue currently?

There is no queue. I did not get an answer with the first browser I used, but android worked.
I used emailname+newbit@gmail.com and got an answer last week straight away.

I retried it from my phone and got a token straight away. Thanks for the tip!
