Node restart causing strange behavior (especially on one satellite)

My node was recently vetted on europe-north but after a day or two there was hardly any activity, no download or upload. See picture: [Capture d’écran de 2020-07-26 08-23-24] Is it normal, an issue on my node or on europe-north satellite?
