Seems you need to increase a writable checks timeout while you didn’t solve the issue with a slowness of zfs configuration (many zfs users says that adding a special SSD device should help).

First of all, I would like to add a comment regarding the previous tests (thanks to the users on the forum who pointed this out), indeed synthetic tests do not show the whole picture in full. you should run one node per disk. If you use RAID with parity, the whole pool will work as a slowest disk in the pool. This is true for any implementation. The speed will be LVM ext4, btrfs, zfs. For the single disk configuration it will be the same. However, in case of zfs you may improve with throwing resources to it (SSD special device, more RAM, more tuning).
