Seems you need to increase a writable checks timeout while you didn’t solve the issue with a slowness of zfs configuration (many zfs users says that adding a special SSD device should help).

First of all, I would like to add a comment regarding the previous tests (thanks to the users on the forum who pointed this out), indeed synthetic tests do not show the whole picture in full.
