My online percentage has been dropping consistently for [eu1.storj.io:7777](http://eu1.storj.io:7777), causing me to get suspended. I don’t understand how I’d have trouble with only the one server? The logs don’t seem very helpful, at least to me quick looking. You need to search for “ping satellite failed”. More likely you have an issue with your DDNS hostname. Some DDNS providers have problems with their DNS server configuration, so the DDNS hostname resolution is not reliable, sometimes it can be resolved, sometimes not.
