Is this setting # Maximum number of simultaneous transfers Still a thing , or is that not really necessary ? 600/600 w/ no data cap here.
This setting is most useful when your hardware, usually HDD, is not fast enough for many concurrent connections. Bandwidth was pretty much never a problem regarding concurrent connections.
That said, I’ve got this setting permamently set to 25
and I still pretty much never see rejected uploads. This means that—at least my setup, which is just a medium class consumer hardware—never sees more than these 25 concurrent connections anyway.
So, don’t worry about it unless it turns out that you really need this switch.

The recommended settings are default ones. So, please leave it zero unless you have a raspberry pi3 with SMR HDD.
