I’ve discussed this problem with Alexey and he said that it because of net settings of a router.
So I’m trying to figure out what I did wrong with that.

Please do not mix three different problems.
This one

> [@karacurt](#):
>
> `Error: Error starting master database on storagenode: group:`
> `--- stat config/storage/blobs: no such file or directory`
> `--- stat config/storage/temp: no such file or directory`
> `--- stat config/storage/garbage: no such file or directory`
> `--- stat config/storage/trash: no such file or directory`

Is related to missed [setup step](https://docs.storj.io/node/setup/cli/storage-node/#setting-up-the-storage-node),

This one

> [@karacurt](#):
>
> “Error: trust: malformed cache: invalid character ‘\x00’ looking for beginning of value”

is related to corrupted file `trust-cache.json`. The solution is simple - delete this file and restart the node to allow to re-download a correct version.

The problem with inability to pull an image - is a network issue either with your router or with Windows.
Your node even cannot download a `trust-cache.json` file 1.3kB in size…

Or another thought that maybe I need to elevate NO-IP service instead the current Mikrotik Cloud over DynDNS.

But in initial location where these problem had started I have a white IP.

The DDNS is irrelevant for the errors like

```
This is a problem with the network - it drops packets.
Please try to use a mobile internet and see, if it helps. If so - then the problem in the router, if not - the problem in PC.
