# Problem on windows 10

Hello,

I have follow all the procedure but it doesn’t work; can you help me?

V2 is shut down and only V3 is currently in progress. Can you show a screenshot of the program you are trying to run?

I have read lots of topics and like you say, it can be the V2 issue, but we don’t have the choice for the software.

You are using V2 which is no longer working.
