So, it’s states that it cost 4$/Tb , what if I have 100 GB or 1.3TB , what will be the cost?

Pricing is a rate, not a fixed point.
100 GB (4*.1=0.40) = $0.40 USD
1.3 TB (4*1.3=5.2) = $5.20 USD
Not including egress (downloading traffic), upload is free.
