With these AI manaces allaround us, don’t be surprised if one day Siri with tell you “FU, go do it yourself, you lasy soab”. 
I never used Siri, Alexa or smart home devices. And never had the need to.
You should try. Voice control is rather convenient. One of those things you don’t need until you start using it anyway.
For me that was smartwatch. Had no clue why would I need one. Got one as a gift, but today I often leave the phone at home but watch is always on and gets used a lot.
