The disqualification is permanent and not reversible. You may check the support portal for that:

When the node is disqualified, there is no way back, the satellites will not trust this identity anymore. Thus it’s required to generate a new identity, sign it with a new authorization token and start with a clean storage.

There are solutions almost for any case.
