I think some of the metrics available over REST API are missing in the metrics exported by the node itself. I was going over it just briefly, but I think payouts is one of them.
It should be relative simple to add what ever is missing. Most of the time it is just a single line of code.

Yeah, minimum is v1.104.5.
Think it’s related to a test on saltlake, and another wave of bloom filters for US1 went out.
