On Sia Discord they are talking about Russia is blocking some Sia web pages.

I can not really read it. However is Storj still available and running in Russia because they talking about a Kademlia solve the Problem.

It’s Telegram that is being blocked as per the article. You can translate any document in the world using translate.google.com like here

If they want, they can block the satellite traffic, but not the whole network. However it will be enough to block all clients in the Russia, but not nodes. It could be easily solved by running the satellite on the Russia’s territory.
