Did you check your system for the actual malware? (I have a Windows Storagenode - and there is no such behavior under my Windows 10 instance. But it’s pretty old though - 10.0.19043 N/A Build 19043) and there is no such behavior. But I do not have any additional AV, only the MS Defender. But I do not use this server for my workload anymore.
