I set up my computer and went through all the steps, everything seemed to go exactly as it should based on the install process, no errors. When I pull up the dashboard, it says offline? Any ideas what to do?
Port is open? Use a openport checker.

Check your ports first, as suggested by @web4yougmbhch: if they are correctly opened and redirected by your router to your node’s IP, then check whether your node’s logs contain any insightful info.
If all seems ok, then you might need to share with us the command you use for starting your node so we can have a look (remove personal infos from it).
