Hi everyone,

I’m setting up 2 storage nodes in Lydney, UK but cannot access the registration site (https://registration.storj.io/) to get authorization tokens.

Current situation:

  • 2x 2TB nodes configured and running
  • Ports 28967 and 28968 forwarded correctly (tested open)
  • Nodes connecting to satellites but being heavily rate-limited
  • Dashboards show “offline” status due to rate limiting

Without authorization tokens, my nodes are stuck in extended vetting with heavy rate limiting.

Can anyone help me get tokens or suggest an alternative registration method?

Nope. If dashboard shows offline - it’s not reachable form the satellite. Read the logs. Likely ddns isue, if the ports are actually open.

Stop the node while you investigate, otherwise satellites will start throttling attempts.

What is the basis of this claim?
