Can you upload a video to YouTube from Storj? I have basic knowledge.

Why not?
If it requires a local folder to select what’s should be uploaded, you may use rclone and their rclone mount, or Mountain Duck.
If you need to redact the video without a download from the bucket, then you likely would need a cunoFS.
