Per the SNOBoard, I see that all 4 satellites are reporting my node’s uptime between 96 - 98% - all of which are below the published requirement of 99.3%…but may node is still seeing quite a bit of daily use. What are the uptime requirements for the current beta phase?

It is not enforced currently.
Also the uptime currently shown in the dashboard is useless because it is a lifetime uptime but not the uptime score which would be used for disqualification if it was enabled.
But there will be a new system for tracking uptime soon so don’t worry about it.
