When will the solution to the TTL data registration issue be released?

Release preparation v1.113

Will storagenode/pieces: read+delete piece expirations from both stores · storj/storj@ba68d91 · GitHub be making it into 1.113? Doesnt seem to be included in 1.113.0 rc, and given that the flat-file expiration store is being released here, I feel like it would be good to also include this fix/improvement.

I now see my suggestion to check the piece expiration database next to the flat file during the collect process was implemented but did not make it into v1.113 yet.
