When will "Uncollected Garbage" be deleted?

The best working theory we have so far is that there might be something wrong with the inserts into the TTL DB. Up next it would help to compare the entires inside the TTL DB with upload success logs. If the numbers line up the inserts are all captured and the working theory is wrong. If the numbers don’t line up we can dig deeper and ask the question why they are getting lost.

I want to help by looking at my nodes and comparing these upload success logs with the TTL DB. Does the log show something different when an upload has a TTL vs when it doesn’t? Or does the piece_expiration.db store a line for every uploaded piece?
