My account was working yesterday. Today, it kicked me out and won’t let me log in. I also can’t recover my password—I’m not receiving an email.At first I thought the problem was with my email, but I was able to receive messages from other storj services. I don’t know what to do. I have a pro account and an added card. ---

Please help. I’ve already contacted you on all platforms. My service has been down for about 6-7 hours. This is very important data, I can’t log into my account. ---

I’ve been waiting for a long time. My service is down because I can’t log in. I’ve tried different login options from different devices. Support isn’t responding. ---

What situation are you referring to? As I understand it, you opened a support ticket out of office hours, and are waiting for a reply when they are actually working.. ---
