check your write speed, I had some problem on one video server, RAID 5 with BBU, it worked very slow. In the end of all I sold there new RAID, working OK, At home i disassembled radiator, made new thermal paste, additional culler, and working like new.
Only in the custom image. But you can also pass it as --storage.allocated-disk-space argument after the image name in the docker run command or in the command: clause in case of docker compose.
