Your node has been suspended

Oh wow, never mind. I read that completely wrong. My bad. You are completely right.

One of my nodes was suspended from saltlake.tardigrade.io:7777 (1wFTAgs9DP5RSnCqKV1eLf6N9wtk4EAtmN5DpSxcs8EjT69tGE).

I checked the logs and I don’t see any errors, I am actually seeing lots of GETs out of that node.

@Alexey any ideas ?

You don’t need to tag specific people. Please look for GET_AUDIT lines with failed in them in your log. Those will show you why your node has been suspended.

Welcome to the forum @immiq!

You have restarted your node which deleted your log hence no evidence of error. You need to redirect your log to a file .

@nerdatwork

Ok, I just started logging to a file and I will check if there are any errors.

But one more question … since saltlake suspended me but it is having a lot of egress traffic, will I get paid for that outbound traffic ?

Edit: according to the dashboard the audit checks are 100% for saltlake. Is the dashboard reporting incorrect information ?

Also, the message contained a link to a thread in this forum. Did you check that before posting? We have tons of the same questions here already. https://forum.storj.io/search?q=Your%20node%20has%20been%20suspended%20category%3A10

Not incorrect, but different information. The web dashboard shows the audit score, which only counts missing or unreadable files as audit failures. There is a separate suspension score that counts other failures like time outs database locks or unknown other issues. Only that last one would lead to suspension.

Thanks to all those who tried to help me.

The node got unsuspended without any action from me, I still have no idea why it happened in the first place, but it would be nice if we could get a more descriptive message in the email that notifies of the node suspension.
