My other node is 100%. I just set this up and do not remember when I set the other node up it being at 0% across the board for saltlake. I do not want to get both nodes DQ’d so I wanted to see what others thought. The node shows online and QUIC OK.

Usually this is mean, that something is blocking the traffic from/to that satellite.
Please check your firewall/ISP rules and unblock it.
I would also recommend to remove/disable any outbound rules on your firewall too, because the node can connect literally to any service in the internet on any port. It’s also applied for the inbound rules - do not lock them to a specific incoming port/address - they may be any. You need to limit only the destination address/port for the inbound and should not block any outbound to any port/address from any port of your host with the node.
It appeared to be a timing issue. After a day or two it went to 100%.
