Storage node dashboard API (v0.19.0)

With v0.19.0 you can now query the storage node dashboard API. By default it is running on port 14002. You have to add -p 127.0.0.1:14002:14002 to the docker command. It is what the dashboard uses, but has a bit more information.

Other than that, you can parse the logs to get the service time, requests/second, upload success rate etc.
