Wording and definitions are not clear to all SNOs. It would be a good idea to add tooltips to the dashboard to make its understanding easier.

Have some updates regarding tooltip concept. 
I think we can easily implement this on both MND and current SNOBoard.
Also we’re gonna have useful banners with links to our documentation on MND.
