To windows people, there are applications to have your disk always alive too, I used them when mined Burst, perhaps one of them was HDalive or similar name.
Navigate to 
under Windows 10.
Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Power Options\Edit Plan Settings
Make sure Turn off HDD after is set to NEVER . Then make sure this plan is active.
