Assistance Requested in Node Setup

I’m a first timer so please go easy on me. I’ve spent a few hours trying to figure this out…

I’ve successfully generated an Identity, verified I have all 6 files, but I can’t get the services/local host (Window) to connect to the satellites.

I’m running a Linksys router and I’ve configured the DDNS in the router with NoIP and have enabled PORT forwarding on 28967.

I’m not really sure what I’m missing. Any suggestions?

Check your No ip ddns

I have the DUC app running and it has 3 check marks so I think I’m good there. Are you aware of any guides for debugging?

Hello @shadedred ,
Welcome to the forum!

Please, check your WAN IP on your router and compare it with IP there: Open Port Check Tool - Test Port Forwarding on Your Router, they should match, otherwise your port forwarding will not work.

Ok - my node shows ONLINE and there is actually 4 minutes of UPTIME. This is the farthest I’ve gotten.

Can you point me to a few things I can check to ensure that is the case?

Update: I’m brand new, but now it shows I’ve been DQ’d for these:

Am I still ‘Good’ I’m searching the forums and it looks like this is normal but not sure.

If you are DQ’d you have to start over again with a fresh identity.
