The difference is canceled uploads. If you are canceled during an upload, you will delete the almost completed piece. So if the ingress > delta between the two dates, than this is simply due to cancelation during uploads.

Do not focus on the math between ingress and data stored increase. It will always be off by the amount of data that was transferred but then canceled (storing partial pieces does not make sense).
