Bandwidthdb: database is locked

I have node installed on QNAP on HDD. played arroung with storage2.max-concurrent-requests and brought it down to 8 but errors are still coming up. if there anything else I need to do to fix it?

Either use a faster HDD (not SMR for sure and not external disks) or move databases to SSD.

so this looks like this limits the traffic I am getting to my node. Assuming this also restricts my earning as well? moving to SSD is the only solution. Any config changes can I make so this error dont show up? last questions does this also impact health of my node?

Yes, it restricts traffic and earnings. There is no config changes to hide this error, only switch the log level, but it will also hide other errors as well.
Your stat could not have some updates and if this database become locked during audit, it could affect audit and can be considered as unknown error and can affect suspension score.
In worse case it could affect audit score as well.

What’s filesystem on this HDD? Is it SMR?
