What is the most profitable for running 2 nodes in 2 different locations with different IP classes?
A. Use the same email and eth wallet for both nodes
B. Use different persons with different emails and different eth wallets for nodes

It’s up to you if you use the same email or not, but you must use the same wallet as per TOS.

Each node must have an own unique identity and own authorization token to sign it.

There is no difference in profitability between these 2 options.
You are not allowed to use different ETH adresses, please keep that in mind.
